About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).  I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Illinois State University and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Illinois at Springfield.  In addition to my office in Lincoln, I have recently moved the Decatur location to Main Street Counseling. I have provided the contact information below.

I specialize in marriage and family therapy and enjoy helping couples work through their conflicts. 
I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and choice theory in counseling.  I believe in empowering the individual and in helping you learn improved ways to cope with problems.

I have worked with the Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery in Bloomington.  If addiction impacts your family, I can help.

For the past eight years, I have provided career counseling: touring hundreds of job sites, performing job analyses, and assisting clients in educational and career planning.  Contact me if you are considering a career change or are trying to determine school programs.
